As much as I love yoga, I still think it can be intimidating.

I watch the same Instagram videos you do of people twisted like pretzels.

How do they do that?!

My mind is blown.

And let’s be honest. Most people wear yoga pants to run errands because they are incredibly comfortable. One of the funnier reasons why I started Titanium Yoga is because I wanted to wear yoga pants all day.

Good reason, right?

When I wheeled myself into my first class, I did not know what to expect.

I don’t want anyone to feel too intimated to join Titanium Yoga.

I’m going to let you in on some insider information and take some of the mystery out of Titanium Yoga for you.

What should you bring to your first class at Titanium Yoga?
Just yourself! We can provide everything. We have mats, bottled water, towels to line your mat and sweat towels in case you glisten while you practice.

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, check in at the front desk and let us know if there is anything bothering you so the teacher can help you modify your practice. Take any personal items to the back where the cubbies are. There are cell phone chargers to make sure your phone is as recharged as you are after class. Then head into the studio, and throw your mat on the floor.

What will the studio be like?

We are practicing hot yoga at Titanium Yoga, but it is not Florida hot. Think Arizona. We use state of the art infrared heating because it feels great and the warmth heals your body. There is a temperature range for every class listed on our website. I will say, give it three classes, and you will be hooked.

Can I clean up after class?

After class, you might be glistening, and that’s ok. We have showers for your use after class. We know you are busy and time is scarce. I don’t want you to worry about bringing everything to class with you. We have plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and whatever else you might need.
