At Titanium Yoga, we love infrared heat!You get access to infrared heat during all of our classes, at different temperatures. This specific type of heat is incredibly healing to the body, aiding in cell turnover, aging, range of motion, blood pressure, and the nervous system, to name a few. We also have an infrared sauna at each of our studios, which is the same heat in our yoga studios, but it’s in a more concentrated setting, along with light therapy.
