Join Sarah for a workshop where we will explore backbending poses! You will be guided into poses such as cobra, locust, bow, bridge, and wheel using different props and set ups. After a brief warm up, Sarah will share options for each pose to see what feels best for your body. Come ready to get curious and explore how to find ways to make backbending enjoyable!

Join Lina to explore the Art of Alignment, Mastering the Basics and exploring intermediate variations.
This hands-on workshop gives you the basic principles of body awareness, asana alignments and core integration so that you can practice with confidence, build strength and prevent injuries. We will problem solve together to help you develop a clear understanding of how to apply key alignment concepts for your unique physical structure. Having precise alignment helps to feel more comfortable in your body and in yoga practice.
For a more personalized experience, participants will choose the top 3 poses that they would like to master and we will include these poses in the workshop. The workshop will end with a yoga flow that includes all the poses we learned.
Participants will leave the workshop having a great foundation and knowledge to take their personal yoga practice to the next level.

It is a potent period when the moon aligns directly opposite the sun, creating a sense of harmony and balance in the universe. As the moon reaches its fullest potential, its energy intensifies, and so does ours.

Tiffany is a certified sound therapist and uses a collection of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drumming, and more to create a healing, safe, and relaxing space for all.

Join us for a relaxing evening of gentle movement and cupping. Take some time to relax and restore in this slow-paced, feel good class accompanied with an effective form of tissue therapy. You will leave feeling a new sense of relaxation and pain relief!
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a practitioner puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

You will receive a total of 4 cups placed on your desired areas of the body. We recommend selecting areas where you feel stiffness, pain, or fatigue. Common areas include lower back, shoulders, hamstrings, and feet.

Please wear clothing that allows us to access the skin of your selected cupping area.

Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
