Shannon will demonstrate poses and make alignment adjustments to ensure you are practicing safely so you can increase your flexibility, focus on your strength, and improve your cardiovascular and digestive system as well as enjoy a better sense of well being and ability to relax.
In this workshop, you will gain a better understanding of key poses such as Warrior 1, 2, and 3, master the chaturanga and learn about setting an intention when coming to your yoga mat.
