Yoga for any age
Am I too old to start yoga? The short answer to that is, no! You’re never too late in life to start something new & be a beginner. Toddlers, tweens, teens, adults, & aging individuals- this one is for you! You really can practice yoga at ANY age. When we develop healthy habits early in life, those habits tend to stick with us as we age & can help the aging process mentally, physically & emotionally. Even if it’s only for 5-10 minutes! I always tell my students, “take what you need & leave what you don’t” as we learn to work WITH our bodies, rather than against them. Let’s talk about the amazing benefits of yoga.
