Silly vs. Smart: Down Dog Is Not the Bad Guy—If You Modify!

This staple posture is bound to show up in almost every yoga class, but for a lot of people, it can be a very challenging share to hold!

Luckily, we have our Silly vs. Smart series to help set you upright! Do you have sore wrists or tight hamstrings? If so, prop yourself up!

Some blocks underneath the hands or even the feet is a perfect way to modify this shape. And remember, even if this still does not make DD work for your body, that is okay! Your self-worth is not defined by how flexible you are, instead, modify with child’s pose or puppy!
