MEET YOUR

Facilitators

Woman meditating in a cross-legged pose on a mat, eyes closed, wearing a black tank top with a 'titanium yoga' logo and lavender leggings, in a wooden-paneled studio.

Lina Hermez

Lina is one of Titanium’s most experienced teachers, a certified 500-hour Advanced Yoga instructor, sound healer, and meditation practitioner who completed her advanced studies in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal. Her classes reflect over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and 13 years in group fitness: challenging, intentional, and alive with energy. Equal parts grace and grit, she designs classes that push limits, build real strength, and ignite the core, all while moving with the kind of fluidity that makes hard work look beautiful.

Her journey began in 2010 in Jordan, where yoga transformed her performance as a Rock Climbing instructor and never let her go. With four nationalities, 35 countries explored, and a spirit shaped by a life lived across continents, Lina brings a rare depth and warmth to every class. Off the mat, she’s happiest cooking, shopping, hiking, or hands-deep in her garden.
